Welcome to my video, my own plan was to interview the chef at the restaurant I work at on how to make the Zhajiang Noodle, but since I had dinner with someone infected with COVID two days ago and had a hard time the last two days. Even though I tested negative, I canceled the interview for insurance reasons, and my girlfriend and I stayed home to quarantine ourselves. But I used my previous knowledge of making Zhajiang Noodle noodles in the Kitchen of a restaurant to complete this video.
