1. Introduction

   First of all, my base topic for this project is to help the audience to know the most authentic Chinese food. I think this theme is very suitable for a multimedia presentation. In my theme, I will use some pictures and videos to help the audience know what real Chinese food looks like and how some simple Chinese food is made, in which there may also be a map I made to show the audience where to buy the ingredients to make Chinese food. I’m very interested in that part. The elements that will not appear in my media project include American Chinese, the history of Chinese food because this part has nothing to do with my theme and is difficult to show through multimedia, which is the scope of my topic.

2. Rationale

   The first point is that because Chinese food is an integral part of the world’s cuisine, most people have more or less been exposed to Chinese food, but how many people have actually eaten authentic Chinese food? This project can help the audience to get to know authentic Chinese food. Secondly, as a Chinese, I am very proud of our food and I want to share my experience and what I think is the best Chinese food with the audience. The third point is that multimedia is very suitable for the presentation of this project.  Points the audience will care about: they will be curious about the process of making Chinese food and the basic principles; they will be attracted by some pictures of the food.

①. About the text as well as the pictures, I will talk about what a portion of real Chinese food looks like. Using the text you can explain the taste of the dish, how it is made, etc. The use of pictures will show better the appearance of the food as well as close-ups so that the audience can better understand what the food looks like.

②. Regarding the use of audio, I will describe in this project how to make this cuisine and where to buy the ingredients for the cuisine. Because audio can be more detailed as well as allow the audience to understand and even learn the process more visually.

③. Regarding the use of videos, I will show the audience how to make simple dishes and the steps to make them in this project. The method of using video is a way to present the most details, which will allow the audience to see the process of making the food more closely, and the probability of learning to succeed will be greater.

I. Introduction

   First of all, the basic theme of my project is to help people understand how to keep pets properly and to pay attention to their behavior and health in daily life. In my theme, I usually share some photos to explain some behavioral habits of pets or help people to understand some pet diseases through video cases. As well, I will teach you how to make healthy pet food and will make a table to tell you which food is absolutely not allowed for your pet to eat. In addition, I will lead you on a video or photo tour of the Kamloops pet store to find any supplies or medications you may need for your daily life. It is my sincere hope that this site will help pets and their owners in need. There will not be any outdoor play areas for pets in my media project. Because of COVID-19, I believe that too many gatherings are not safe for pets or people.

2. Rationale

As time goes by, pets are becoming more and more important in the human world. More and more people with spare money and time are choosing to own their own pets. First, I will share common pet illnesses. I myself have experienced pets that got sick in the early hours of the morning or during the holidays, but there was no vet hospital open. Often these are the times when inexperienced owners are at a loss. I hope this will help them ease the pain of their pets. In addition, people can share pictures or videos of themselves and their pets on this site, so that people who want to have pets but don’t have the means to do so can feel happy at the same time.

Using pictures can better show the appearance of pets as well as close-ups so that viewers can better understand what they look like.

②. About the use of audio, I don’t use audio much in this project, I will tell some interesting things about me and my pets through audio.

③. Regarding the use of video, I will be using video extensively in this project to introduce pets. The use of videos will allow people to understand pet behavior and diseases in the most direct way, which will help them learn better. Also, pets are inherently active, and only using video can best document them.
