My name is Heyang Su and I am a second year BTM student from China. Cooking is what interests me most in my spare time and I have been studying and cooking alone for five years now, and I can do some difficult Chinese dishes by myself. My fist personal goal is to help people who don’t know anything about Chinese food learn about authentic and real Chinese food, not American Chinese food. My second passion is traveling, and for a foodie traveling to learn about local cuisine is also a passion of mine. I have traveled to almost all places in China and I can also introduce people to the differences between the cuisines of different places in China. My second personal goal is to help teach people how to make authentic Chinese dishes that are easy to follow. As you know, Kamloops is a very small city, so there are many ingredients that are impossible to find for Chinese food. My third goal is to teach you how to make Chinese food using only the ingredients that are available in Kamloops.
